Return and Refund Policy

EXCHANGE and RETURN

All exchanges or returns must be within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order and must be communicated (before shipping) to the Customer Service Center for guidance. Product returned without this communication, after the deadline or with missing items/accessories that accompany it, will be evaluated by Top Oferta.

The product must be in perfect condition, with all accessories, manuals, certificates and no signs of use or improper installation, without violating the original packaging and/or label for evaluation.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

· We will request a photo or video of the product indicating the defect to the email: [email protected] for identification and guidance.

· The Top Oferta team will analyze and advise on the exchange procedure.

· If repair or replacement of the product is necessary, the deadline for returning the resolved product is up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product in our stock, but we will try to speed it up.

Top Oferta is exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose problem has been caused by misuse, falling, or inadequate installation in accordance with technical evaluation.

WITHDRAWAL

A period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to cancel the purchase made on the website.

The customer must contact the Customer Service Center (email) informing them of the cancellation for guidance before shipping.

The product must be in perfect condition, with all accessories, manuals, certificates and no signs of use or installation, without violating the original packaging and/or label for evaluation.

Cancellation authorization will be confirmed within 5 (five) business days after analyzing the product received. The refund will be made minus shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations will be accepted with a full refund of amounts paid only if not yet dispatched, except special order or personalized items. If they have already been sent, we ask that they be returned in their undamaged packaging and the refund will be made minus shipping costs.

For orders that are already in the shipping process, the customer must contact the customer service center (email) for guidance on refusing delivery.

Cancellation is processed after the item is returned to stock within 5 business days.

REIMBURSEMENT

The approved refund will be made as follows:

  • Credit Card Purchases: The customer can choose to receive a Shopping Voucher for the amount paid, which will remain as credit to be used to purchase any product in the store, or request a refund of the amount paid on their credit card statement. Attention: the refund by the Card institution can only occur on the subsequent invoice.
  • Purchases by Bill or Bank Deposit: The customer can choose to receive a Shopping Voucher for the amount paid, which will be used as credit to purchase any product in the store or request a refund to their current account. In this case, the account holder must be the same person who placed the order in the Store.
  • Purchases made with AmazonPay or similar company: Contact our Customer Service Center for guidance, which may vary depending on the deadline.

In both cases, the refund will be made within 5 working days after analyzing the product received. Compensation may vary depending on the Financial Institution.

Important notes:

All information is only valid for purchases made on the website.

Any request to cancel a purchase or exchange, as well as register a malfunction, discrepancy or defect, must be made directly to our Customer Service Center. (data at the end of the page)

Products must be sent via authorization, following the instructions sent via email by the Customer Service Center.

The customer must refuse to accept the order if the packaging is opened or damaged, and mention it in writing on the carrier's bill of lading and immediately notify the Customer Service Center. In cases of accepting the merchandise without following the guidelines above, exchange or return will not be authorized.

The following may result in failure to analyze the condition of the product: absence of the defect pointed out by the customer, signs of inappropriate use, signs of accidental damage or natural wear and tear as a result of use.

Product exchange will only occur in the event of damage or defect, as mentioned above. To change color, size or model purchased in error, the price to be charged must be the one in force on the date.

The product must be sent with all accessories without signs of use, without breaking the original seal/label and in the original packaging. Refund authorization will be confirmed within 5 (five) business days, after analyzing the product received.

Images on the website may change in color, brightness or opacity depending on the monitor and resolution in which they are being viewed.
